We created a mobile commerce app to extend the experience of Oprah’s Life You Want tour by offering subscription services at special rates. That's how the daytime talk show star was able to keep participants engaged long after the tour ended.
We designed a continuous loop of engagement so that attendees could maintain their momentum and achieve their goals with helpful tools and a community of like-minded peers, all of which helped to sustain a viable subscription model.
Oprahs’ tour dates packed stadiums of 10,000 night after night, leaving attendees with motivation to achieve their goals.

Fifty percent of tour attendees started at least one program or digital workshop.
